Pauline’s Fruit Crumble

Ingredients: 

For the filling:

  • Fruit,
  • Sugar.


For the crumble:

  • 90g butter,
  • 80g sugar,
  • 50g flour,
  • 50g oatmeal.

Recipe:

Stew fruit of your choice with sugar to taste.

 

After stewing the fruit/s pour into an ovenproof dish.

 

1. Cut cold butter into cubes.

2. Pour dry ingredients into your container.

3. Combine with fingertips until crumbly.

4. Sprinkle on top of fruit.


Cook at 180 for 30 minutes.
